With a career in the fields of law enforcement administration and security management, my professional journey has been dedicated to leadership, team building, risk assessment, and security/safety management. From my role as an Investigator/Law Enforcement Officer in the Chicago Housing Authority Police Department to my position as the Manager of the Global Security Department at S&C Electric Company, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to oversee complex security operations and develop innovative strategies to mitigate risk and enhance safety. My career has been marked by several notable achievements, including the transformation of underperforming security departments, the development of comprehensive training programs, and the successful coordination of critical security initiatives with various law enforcement agencies.In addition to my extensive experience in the field, my educational background, including a Master of Science in Public Safety Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Management, has provided me with the academic foundation to complement my practical expertise. I am known for my sound judgment, exceptional communication and investigative skills, and my commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.I have developed a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success in security management, risk analysis, and personal/facility safety.
