Starting from scratch, I architected and developed the entire product suite—including ERP, CRM and analytics systems. I led the development of India's first AI-based CNC automated costing engine, reducing costing time from days to seconds. Previously, as the founder of MacroInfluence and co-founder of Toppersnotes and Shaastr, I spearheaded the development of our products from ideation to execution.
