I am proud to have graduated with honors in May 2024 with a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Puget Sound. Throughout my academic journey, I have cultivated a passion for connecting with others and understanding how individuals foster relationships and collaborate together towards a common goal. I am excited to leverage this passion, along with the skills and insights gained during my studies, to contribute effectively in a team environment.Recently I completed an internship with Seagate Technology at their headquarters in Fremont, California. As Lead Intern on the IT Communications and Learning team, I managed the development of Seagate’s 2023 IT Annual Report. I researched the end-to-end process of internal communications, the management of learning subscription platforms such as the Udemy Business Platform, and presented the key metrics and major accomplishments of Seagate’s Global IT teams in a formal year-end report. As the project lead, I facilitated meetings with IT Team leaders and Vice Presidents to produce thorough descriptions of each department. I leveraged my graphic design skills to construct the 45-page report from scratch while adhering to corporate design requirements. Throughout the process, I met tight project deadlines through effective time management, ensuring on-time delivery of the annual report, which I presented on Seagate’s intranet.
