I began my journey at Virtuoso Netsoft Pvt Ltd as a coordinator, where I was responsible for handling various telecom products like SMS, MMS, WAP, CRBT, USSD, IVRs, etc. My role primarily involved acting as a bridge between our technical team, clients, and operators, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. After six months, I transitioned into a Java developer role within the same company. My responsibilities expanded to include developing WAP and web pages for both domestic and international clients, while still managing databases for various services.As the company grew and began offering digital marketing and web development services, I upskilled myself to stay in line with the latest industry trends. My dedication and growth within the company led to a promotion to Technical Team Leader, where I was not only leading and training the team but also ensuring a fun and productive work environment while continuing to focus on database management.In addition to my development duties, I took on the responsibility of coordinating with clients to provide technical solutions. My company has delivered Bulk SMS & SMS Firewall services to leading companies both in India and globally, offering a variety of solutions such as Group SMS, Personalized SMS, DND & Non-DND delivery, Dynamic Sender ID, and Multi-Lingual SMS with 24x7 support.More recently, I’ve taken on the challenge of working on the new RCS product, where I am responsible for technical communication with operators and providing technical solutions to our RCS clients.
