•Responsible for full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and short listing of the resumes on the basis of clients requirements in Research and Consulting Space.•Sourcing middle to senior level executives • Excellent hands over job portals, Referencing etc.• Collecting maximum relevant information of the candidate through telephonic interview.• Scheduling interviews of the candidates.• Client coordination in taking feedbacks on interview & further follow up with the candidate and the client.• Maintaining excel reports for bulk recruitment.•Helping the candidates in full interview cycle till the time one gets placed with in a particular firm.
