And I hail from Vijayawada, green lush city of Coastal-Andhra.I have graduated from V.R.Siddhartha Engineering College and my discipline is "Electronics and Communication"​ with distinction(83%)And my first Company in IT industry is "Infosys Technologies Ltd"​ which shaped me as a good IT professional exposing me to Portals, Search Tier( Oracle Endeca) and Backened- Shell Scripts. So, I can confidently say that I have worked in almost all the tiers of an Enterprise Architecture.And later to move on, my second company is Sapient Nitro( now known as Publicis Sapient) and here my skills are much more oriented and have given me the platform to get expertise in "Search Engine"(Oracle Endeca) right from configuration ,development to optimization.And later to move on is Verizon, a big telecom provider, where we handle the online commerce part of it. Challenges are really interesting as this engagement is truly an always connected journey with the end user (as the telecom provider sells devices to plans which will be there with customer always). And got an opportunity to work on multiple varied data sources and their processing and ingestion into Endeca and got an opportunity to work on ATG-Endeca integration. And as part of continued focus on Performance and to give optimal experience to customers and to increase agility of delivery and with Go To Market in mind, have embarked on migrating to reactive technologies (Play,Akka) . Have spearheaded this from Offshore from scratch till implementation . Have got exposure in grooming teams and orienting them towards learning culture ensuring that Org is active and undergoing cultural transformation throwing away from silo operation to shared success.And now poised for new journey at Freshworks , and understanding Saas ecosystem and subscription based business model and enhancing the customer experience in live chats to next level to make delight easy and for businesses to build Long Life Time Value with their customers
