Current๐ฒ๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ -โ Act as Sole Proprietor and spearhead the overall business strategy and organization's vision for supplying newspapers from mills to newsprint companies to support the organization in the realization of the companyโs vision and achieve the business goals.โ Ensure that organizational systems (structure, processes, information, technology, people, budget, and time) are in place to support the accomplishment of short and long-term business objectives.โ Foster and leverage relationships with customers and industry contacts supporting the attainment of the goals for the business.โ Provide intuitive solutions built on powerful philosophies to innovate and align operations, enhance productivity and rigorously improve processes whilst registering significant cost savings, faster delivery and improved quality.โ Ensure business processes are in line with company strategy to retain existing customers and solicit feedback on competitor activity in the marketplace in order to gain market share.โ Provide leadership to the team by managing effective resource allocation, enhancing the capability quotient of team members, driving higher team engagement, setting up goals and conducting performance reviews.โ Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations and the company's governance/compliance program and effectively engage cross functionally at various levels of the organization.โ Build a diverse team of talented and motivated professionals by training associates with the capability to support the transformational aspirations of the business.
