Involve in DR drills including multiple systems connected with multiple environments. Provide timely support and assistance with diagnosis root cause analysis of issues and errors. Configure and maintain testing environments for multiple executions on client as well as in-house. Design, develop, maintain and execute test cases using requirements and application knowledge. Testing of APIs using postman. Perform functional testing (SIT, UAT, DR and Cutovers). Find UI and Functional bugs in application. Verify functional bugs after fix via UI and logs. Report, track, Record and update product defects and verify defect fixes, using in-house tracking tool. Work closely with Product owner, Product development team to ensure high quality deliverables. Attend daily and weekly meetings with Dev team. Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life cycle. Knowledge of agile/scrum.
