Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regardsustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing Work with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements. Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance, according to an appropriate service level agreement, on acontinuous basis.Maintaining and uploading supplier information such as qualification, delivery times, and product ranges etc. To receive purchase requisition from various departments and fulfill their requirement’s Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis. Maintain records of all the orders received and supplied. Generate purchase orders. To determine profitable supplier and initiate business and organization partnerships. Make or purchase policy analysis and recommendations. Examine and test existing contracts & maintain all the procurement related documentation
