Assistant Manager
Current• India point of contact for all financial operations• Actively involved in managing/leading various financial, operational and compliance reviews/audit• Maintenance and review of books of accounts• Design and implementation of internal financial control• Reporting of financial to the parent entity• Ensure timely closure of all open action items• Work closely with the HR team to develop and evaluate various employee benefits• Payroll management and processing• Work with the statutory auditors to ensure smooth completion of the audit• Work with the company secretary to ensure all compliances are in place• Review and advise on various agreements• Prepare, review and manage the annual budget• Advice on multiple strategies to minimise financial risk• Work directly with the numerous departments for the notices and close the issues timely• Manage the accounts payable and receivable• Ensure the compliances with all other local bodies
