A solid hands on experience of Managing people and heading organization. My last assignment was that of a COO for about 4 years. I also worked as HR director for over 15 years for US/UK based MNCs - I hold US green card for last about 20 years. HR being close to my heart, I enjoy assignments which are people oriented. Industries I have had opportunity to work for - Chemical, Engineering, Banking, Healthcare, IT , Energy etc. But that is not all. I have a passion to help society in general and hence I am engaged in many NGOs in the capacity of Mg trustee, Trustee etc.I volunteered to work as Hon President of National HRD Network of Baroda Chapter - President of a Rotary Club of Baroda Metro.Currently I run an independent HR Consulting firm - Ridhum based at Baroda, India.
