Accountable for the entire life-cycle of Infrastructure Security Services (ISS) Consulting and System Integration services. Provide presales support for prospects including solution design, proposal review and proposal presentations. Build and mentor team of consultants to support the services.

Aligned Wipro's Security Operation Centre (SOC) processes to support security services delivered to client. Service portfolio included, Firewall and AV management, Threat Intelligence and Security Monitoring services.

Supported the realignment of the Infrastructure Security Services ISS demand management system for accurate and granular identification of skills associated with the demand and those available with the resources. Championed the development of skills on leading products supporting ISS’s Security Monitoring services including building the first set of SMEs on Splunk, RSA NetWitness and next generation threat management products such as FireEye.

Lead design and implementation of the Security Monitoring Centre (SMC) people and process layer. Lead the quality assurance for the SIEM solution deployment, both infrastructure and content. Supported the on-boarding of the monitoring team ensuring the monitoring solution is implemented as designed.

Understand client’s needs and develop tailored Managed Security solutions. Provide presales support for prospects including solution design, proposal review and proposal presentations. Develop new services supporting their GTM.

Responsible for review and follow-up of all critical business impacting outages in the EMEA region. Developed a tailored Problem Management process to review these problems and track the follow-up actions.

Defining IS security framework, involving both technical architecture and process definition, using ISO 27001 (BS 7799). Risk assessment & review of controls in applications, operating systems, databases and networks.
