o As a Parts controller Handled Local Suppliers having more than 3KParts on daily follow up without affecting the production line to meet daily requirements.o Ensuring order sufficiency & Right part availability at Right time for uninterrupted vehicle production at RNAIPL.o Effective coordination with Supplier to ensure resourcing as per schedule & has to maintain sufficient inventory at plant according to the norms & to meet the dailyrequirement.o Has to maintain Tamaguri sheet for backlog Production Parts & has to follow to avoid over inventory.o Highlight any potential risk to production line and alternate options has inform tomanagement to avoid supply stoppage.o Monitoring of supplier performance on monthly basis and has to take necessary actions for improvement.o 6 Months forecast, Day wise firm plan has to share to supplier & to get supportability confirmation from Supplier.o 4M activities monitoring when supplier at crisis situation & Prioritize the parts based on hourly tamaguri coverage to secure RNAIPL line without stoppage.o Ensuring Payment to supplier without any gap & to follow purchase team regarding PO related issues to resolve on time.o Design Change ( RCMS ) follow up & Ensuring new part implementation.o Ensuring Zero inventory & Shortage Management for EOP Parts & SOP project follow up.o Co-ordinate with inbound logistics to arrange the trucks as per requirement to collectparts as per requirement.o Activities related to warehousing, receiving, booking of shipments & receipt discrepancy has to monitor.o Participate in improvement activities related to Cost saving to improve process flow.

o Preparing Schedule for Cycle Count based on the part classificationo Generating part list for day to day cycle count activity.o Based on the cycle count result, categories the variance.o Analyzing the high variance part and proceed system correction with corrective action.o Organizing the meeting for Negative System stock.o Plan cycle count: Production Shortage parts. SOP and EOP parts. Design Change before / after implementation parts.o Actively involved in consistently achieving zero in plant line stoppage. o Day wise location audit.o Analysis of Consumption error for BOM issue parts.
