• To implement the policies and processes of Human Resources(HR) in a defined organizational unit of HCL thereby providing ground level support to both the employees and the managers on HR related issues • To work closely with delivery leaders on the projection of head count, wage bill and Average resource cost and enable with key inputs to maintain the wage bill and ARC at optimum levels• Manage end to end Appraisal process including awareness session to employees & Managers, Calibration of rating, Progression and reward distribution along with Delivery heads. Adherence to timelines, and guideline set by the Corporate• Understanding the pain points of the Business from Attrition / Work Environment perspective & enable suitable measures to mitigate it • To engage in career development discussions with the unit employees and create plans accordingly for retention and performance enhancement • To collect the pulse of the employee on the ground and keep informed all the relevant stakeholders• To conduct Employee, Connect, Skip level meeting and Town hall meetings• Passionate to work towards employee well being initiatives across accounts & help people to understand / utilize the opportunities given to them • Responsible for Implementing the People Practices and diversity related Programs in the defined BU• Responsible for planning and executing Employee Engagement related initiatives in the defined BU• Responsible for handling employee’s grievance in the defined BU and help management in identifying Proactive measures

Application Maintenance, Processing claims against customers HRA,FSA accounts. Solving critical issues at the application level. As a part of SWAT team solved more than 500 incidents in 2 months to reduce backlogs. Maintained the learning plan for the team.
