Order to Cash – Control services• Part of Control Services group, a team of 20 individuals, responsible for zero base controls in UL Worldwide, team also work as SPOC for corporate and statutory auditors• Diligently handle the service provider in meeting the targets set and ensure on-time and accurate publish of Unilever Order to Cash (OTC) reports in an analytical tool called Tableau using the data source as SAP for 60 countries across the globe covering 90% UL turnover.• Deep dive into reports through additional analysis which helps in understanding the root cause and help drive remediation (reduction in value)• Ensure timely remediation of all the issues/exception found in OTC reporting through monthly control health meetings with country Risk Manager and Finance Controller• Responsible for Governance Risk and Control (GRC) monitoring(Automated controls) for any changes done in configuration settings in ECC (SAP) every quarter• Responsible for review of regional inconsistencies in OTC process across the globe and help the management in driving the changes in policy related to Finance controls• Engage in small projects which helps drive continuous improvement and helps achieve cost benefits and drive controls efficiency
