As the Head of Support Services, my primary focus is maintaining the financial health of the organization and managing the annual budget. Being the head of HR I am also passionate about improving the organizational talent pool. My other priorities include optimizing operations costs as well as removing administrative redundancies. My key ACHIEVEMENTS while in this role are:1. Turned around the employee attrition challenge of having an estimated 20% annualized attrition to below industry average in a span of one year2. Responsible for timely settlement of creation of units to the respective trustee of the funds. I was also accountable for preparing and analysing the monthly progress report which consist of financial highlight, variance explanation, profit and loss, balance sheet and notes for all accounts. Some key achievements were:1. Successfully prepared board papers on Financial Settlements for year 2008 & 20092. Updating and submit records for all unclaimed monies to Jabatan Akauntan Negara and complete and duly return for 2006-2008.3. 100% compliance on all audits from 2006-2009.4. First junior member in taxation team. 5. Preparing annual budget and getting the budgets approved successfully from 2008 till 2009.
