Current• Collaborate closely with sales executives to develop comprehensive opportunity strategies, aligning sales approaches with prospect/client needs and objectives.• Partner with prospect/client business and technical teams to gain deep insights into their objectives and integration requirements, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.• Established as a subject matter expert in the HC, RMIS, EHS, and GRC markets, providing valuable insights and expertise to both internal teams and prospects/clients.• Conduct in-depth prospect discussions, engaging in business consulting activities to uncover prospect/client pain points and business challenges.• Design and configure solutions that precisely address customer business requirements, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.• Create demo scenarios and generate demo data to stage customized demonstrations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of the solution.• Present customized demonstrations to prospects/clients, delivering business-oriented presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including board members.• Provide expert support to the sales team on technical and integration aspects of enterprise solutions throughout the sales cycle.• Collaborate with product and services teams to address product and configuration needs, ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.• Lead and support prospect Proof of Concepts (POCs) as necessary, guiding prospects through the evaluation process.• Assist marketing efforts by providing support for events, PR activities, seminars, analyst demos, and campaigns.• Articulate cloud visions and SaaS offerings to both new and existing clients, driving adoption and expansion opportunities.• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to develop Sales Standard databases for targeted markets, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.• Cross-train other Technical Sales Consultants in designated markets, providing backup support as needed.
