After serving as a Senior UX designer at Eurofins for around one & a half years I got the opportunity to move on to a more challenging role as a Principal UX designer.Along with working with different sections of the company from Business/Functional Analysts to Development Teams I also get the opportunity to deliver work to multiple programs and projects in parallel. This in turn lets me know about my capabilities to multitask. At Eurofins I have been working on projects for multi domain user base spread across the globe. I get to Gather requirements, conduct interviews & showcase the solutions directly to the business teams spread across Europe & US.

As a Senior UX designer working at Eurofins, one of my primary responsibilities is to develop problem-solving UX designs for various products, including laboratory management systems and complex process digitalization.In the context of laboratory management systems, my job involves creating user-friendly interfaces that allow lab personnel to manage laboratory data, track samples, and analyze test results with ease. This requires a deep understanding of the laboratory workflow and the specific needs of lab personnel, such as the ability to quickly access critical information, organize data effectively, and collaborate with colleagues in real-time.For digitalizing complex processes, my role involves developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces that streamline complex workflows, eliminate redundant steps, and reduce errors. This requires close collaboration with stakeholders from different departments, including subject matter experts, project managers, and software developers, to ensure that the final product meets the specific needs of the end-users.To accomplish these tasks, I have to possess a strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices, including user research, usability testing, and user interface design. Additionally, I am an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and receive feedback on my designs. I also try to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure that my designs remain innovative and effective.

My role here at Minavo as a manager is to ensure smooth coordination between Technical & Sales teams. Reporting to CEO ensures direct engagement in the key decisions taken in favour of the organization. As a manager I also bring key ideas for product development and user engagement so that Minavo's solutions are more robust and problem solving for its clients.
