Preparing and uploading templates of existing artwork into the Adobe Scene7 publishing system for the company’s retail website.

Production responsibilities included Pre-press Production for both the silk screen printing department as well as the off-set printing department.

Supervised the Graphics/Pre-press Production Department. Responsibilities included client meetings, graphic design and pre-press production, using both Quasar for film negatives as well as Creo Lotem Direct-To-Plate System for a four color Heidelberg Press.

Maintained and updated the company’s image through its marketing materials. Worked closely with the Director of Product Development and Copywriter to design and produce advertisements, promotional trade show flyers, product brochures, direct mail campaigns, company logos, and stationery. Converted the marketing department to Macintosh within two years using more sophisticated software such as Photoshop and Freehand. Was eventually involved in desktop digital video and animation using Premiere, After Effects, and Elastic Reality to produce two to three minute promotional videos for trade shows. Learned web design and programming using tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and ImageReady to help produce images and HTML pages for the company’s three web sites. Recruited and supervised an assistant with various projects and conducted annual employee review.
