Also here I am responsible for receiving and monitoring R.A.Bill., subcontractor bill etc.

Also responsible for receiving and monitoring R.A.Bill., subcontractor bill and material statement, from all our ongoing projects also responsible for preparation and submission of Star rate and Price escalation bill for all ongoing projects throughout Gujarat (almost 15 sites) and draw attention to directors if found anything essential

In ACTCO General Contracting Company Dubai as a Quantity Surveyor wherein I was responsible for working out quantities for actual work including sending sub contractor’s inquiries getting quotation from them. Here I was responsible for preparing payment certificates and variation claims as per executed quantity, submit to the consultants, and check the variation clauses to incorporate in the bills, prepare data for additional work and extra claim etc.also checking subcontractor’s payments. I have hands on experience in software like Primavera, AutoCAD. I was involved in developing documentation system and improving this system for various items like billing ,tendering, planning, monitoring required for the project.
