A time schedule of the activities during my internship was given.The processing defects of a World-class Hydraulic Valve, pumps and Heavy Machinery Parts producing company are described, in terms of the technology management challenges involved. The full analysis of this complex situation, which involved 3 plants within the factory, in terms of a six- sigma approach, As well as the simple re-engineering proposal, along with significant savings due to less product rejection and waste material. The Internship was held for 1 month in MALUR plant and was assigned to Housing Manufacturing, Testing and Final Assembly department.
