- Work with the business unit leaders and hiring managers to understand the business needs, creating and deploying strategies to fill the open demand.- Focus on hiring Lead/SW Engineer (Backend, Full-Stack, Frontend), Could Engineer, DevOps, Mobile Engineer (Android and IOS), Security Architect, Data Scientist, Sr/Engineering Manager, etc. - Scale processes, and establish robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted universities, diverse platforms, companies, regions, and technical communities.- Research market conditions, and industry trends to build sourcing strategies for future product needs.
