My passion is developing and scaling SaaS applications from concept to general availability encompassing business strategy, product development, customer satisfaction and market adoption. I am a product executive who relies on the VOC (voice of the customer), user data and research to make the most product and strategy decisions possible. I'm entrepreneurial-minded, I am not afraid to make decisions or mistakes and constantly aspire to learn. As a mentor and coach I lead teams through a culture of high-performance and collaboration. During my 30+ years of working experience I have led and developed global teams of over 200+ members, achieving billions in annual revenue. My experience includes: => Working at large software organizations as well as early stage startups to IPO and acquisitions. => Experience with enterprise as well as consumer oriented software applications. => Managing all aspects of product development – software engineering, quality assurance, product management, user experience design/research, performance and automation testing, project management, and documentation.=> Managing multiple products within a broad portfolio delivering hundreds of millions in ARR and license revenue.=> Establishing a broad vision and delivered new products, transformed existing products to align to the vision and sunset products as needed. => Being involved in all aspects of managing an organization: realignment, reduction in force, hiring of top talent, college recruiting, establishing offshore partners/vendors, and negotiating contractors. => Helping with assimilation and cultural transition as a result of acquisitions.
