Property Accountant – Residential Condominium
• Responsible for all regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting associated with a portfolio of residential condominiums • Completion all accounting aspects for a portfolio of properties• Responsible for closing the books and records on a monthly basis including journal entries, accruals and account analysis & Financial statement preparation• Review of detailed property budgets• Responding to queries from Property Managers, Board of Directors and other parties• Responsible for bank reconciliations, GST returns and journal entries• Prepare month end closing and budgets & Monitoring cash flow• Preparation of annual year-end audit working papers and liaison with the auditors.
