Created a downloader tool in Java for Support Engineers that automatically downloads files uploaded to SendSafely and have had the associated SendSafely URLs shared via a Salesforce ticket comment. This tool accepts the Salesforce ticket number or a specific SendSafely Link as an input to download the files.Built an Agent Availability Dashboard in Python to provide real time updates on each Support region’s overall ticket load with an activity classification of each ticket based on the most recent comment in the ticket. The data is stored in a serverless database to be pulled later for creating the graphs using Dash on a Kubernetes server with Google Kubernetes Engine. Developed an internal algorithm to create a queue of which support agent would take the next available ticket. The algorithm factored in many variables to determine the queue of support agents. This tool is used for the support region leads to distribute tickets without having any bias towards any support agent.
