I have 8 years experience in leading a team . In my present role as a team leader, I enjoy the responsibility of leading a group of 4 team members in seeing projects through from conception to delivery.I am highly organised and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in high-pressure environments. A solid team player, I work to tight deadlines with plenty of initiative.I am currently pursuing Masters of Project management from Victoria University due to complete by June, 2017. I am conducting research, as a part of my academic coursework, on issues faced my by a new recruit in an existing team.My goal is to continue learning and developing my project management skills in my future role.
