CurrentRole & Responsibilities for above mentioned projects: Analyze and interpret contracts terms and conditions like Bank Guarantees, Scope of works (EPC), Contractual schedule, Insurances, Payment terms, Taxes & Duties, Price adjustment, Change in law, LD terms, Warranty and Defect Liability Period, Commissioning, Trial Run, Completion of Project. Advise project manager (PM team) and other relevant project team members on Contract interpretation on wide-ranging commercial issues and all issued related to Contract performance to project interests and mitigate risks to the maximum extent possible. Support and guide the project management team on all contractual issues, principally with customer and consortium partner, throughout the contract period of a turnkey project. Jointly with PM team and relevant engineers, prepare (facts and contractual/legal grounds) and participate in negotiations for variation orders and claims. Calculate the appropriate insurance requirement for entire project like Erection All Risk (EAR), Marine Cargo Ocean/Inland policy, Terrorism policy and get the best quote and coverage from the market to cover the total project risk. Manage insurance claims with maximum possible benefits to the company. Preparing the Dispatch Instructions for all supplies Onshore and Offshore as per client requirement and manages the supplies using best suited Incoterms. Managing contractual correspondences (letters & mails) with clients for commercial as well technical project matters. Manage the EOT (Extension Of Time) claims, delays notification, change orders and variations process and contribute appropriate negotiations. Contribute to conflicts resolution and participate in risk management process together with PM team. Calculating the impact / benefits GST regime, Anti Profiteering Rule of Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 and submit to client under Change in Law terms of contract agreement.
