1) As a research scholar at IPCL, worked on development of new process based on Supercritical phase technology, for dehydrogenation of n-paraffins (C10-C14).2) Proposed process is highly competitive with UOP's PACOL process as it gives nearly same conversion and selectivity as claimed by UOP, but significantly by removal of hazardous and highly explosive co-feed (hydrogen). The research necessitated undertaking Catalyst preparation, Process development, design of experiments and pilot plant, reaction kinetics, rate expressions, modeling and simulation of heterogeneous catalytic series and parallel reactions.

1) Responsible and achieved production and maintenance activities smoothly. 2) Experienced and controlled unit operations concerning, tray dryer, spray dryer, scrubber, plate and frame filter press, steam batch distillation still, vacuum filter, separator, pressure filter glass lined vessels and equipments in operable and efficient environment meeting the targeted productivity and hence efficacy of plant. 3. Contributed to a short project on KAIZEN principles with a group of 21 people in maintenance department of Shed- B, Atul ltd., the out put was highly motivative with change in organizational behavior and world class manufacturing.
