As a result there were around 200 operations that were conducted within 30 months and more than 6500 infringement notices issued to the non-compliant heavy vehicles.+Developed a high risk model of 'Heavy Vehicle' operators profiling their compliance activities using data mining techniques. The model was used to determine worse offenders on the network based on size of operators. This model was used to benchmark the best performing operators.+Formed a decentralised intelligence community by identifying key skills required to deliver intelligence projects.
