Current• Planning, Implementing, Design, Deploying and supporting Virtual Apps and Desktop Infrastructure OnPremise and Citrix DaaS with multiple resource location including Azure Canada Central and Canada East.• Enhance Security Control of citrix platform by implementing PCI/SHR Governance/Patching Governance Guideline. • Implementing WAF / Rate Limit and Security Hardening on External facing VPX and MPX to protect against external threads. • Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support for Citrix Platform (3 Citrix 7.1X Farm/ PVS / Storefront / WEM / App Layering)• Optimize Xen App Logon and End User performance Experience.• Create a new Step-by-step how-to documentation Guide and Provide Training to the Remote Access Team. • Implementing Citrix Automation – Hourly Load reporting / ESX Utilization - Capacity Planning and Report. • Analyze Incidents monthly for Citrix service to help understand Citrix-related issues and how we can help users improve their Citrix experience. • PVS vDisk Capture End-to-end Automation through Ansible / GitHub.• Automate day-to-day Citrix activities / Alerting through Citrix Automation.• Migration of On-Prem to Citrix DaaS / WEM with Multiple Resource Locations• Azure Windows 10 MU Setup with FSLogix in Azure Files • nFactor Configuration and Implementation with Azure Multi-Tenant Authentication
