1. Worked on a flagship Project with Ministry of Rural Development ( DDU-GKY ).2. Review the quality systems within DDUGKY to ensure that quality measures are comprehensive and consistent.3. Set up training and assessment systems to achieve learner-centered outcomes and quality desired by employers – both national and global.4. Streamline evidence-based trainer capacity assessment processes within DDU-GKY with close coordination with training agencies, SSCs, National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and others.5. Undertake periodic audit to assess, strengthen training and assessment related quality.6. Preparation of technical report on process efficiency/improvement.

The overall responsibility encompasses support to the project with regard to definition, establishment, monitoring and control of Quality, also ensuring that the client(s) requirements are specifically identified and, processes & systems are setup to ensure the expectations are met or exceeded. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that processes and procedural details are established in coordination with Project team2. Implementation of the process and policies in conjunction with the Project team.3. Ensure proper systems are set up to monitor and measure the implemented processes and overall project4. Training/Induction of regional quality auditors ensuring that monitoring procedures are understood, carried out and evaluated properly.5. Monitors the performance of the implemented processes by way of process audits, planned and surprise audit checks of the center.• Tools: Process Audit Checklist, Due Diligence Checklist, Inspection Checklist, Pareto Analysis, RCA 6. Report to the project board on the performance of the project fortnightly/Monthly• Tools: Process Audit Report, Audit Dashboard, Detailed Audit report7. Promote awareness about the project guidelines/SOP or any new notifications issued by the client (Project issuing Body such as MORD(DDUGKY), NSDC and others)8. Liaising with and acting as a key contact with the monitoring agencies of the client and ensuring corrective actions are taken on the specified non compliance(s).

Work with the departments audited to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management issues that require attention tracking corrective actions.3. Maintain files generated from each audit.4. Plan audit, execute and prepare audit report.5. Responsible for executing internal Good Clinical Practices audits.6. Formally document findings.7. Perform necessary follow-up which include communicating with auditee(s) on status of action resolution.
