Select Ministries of Health (MOH) leveraged findings to inform DMPA-SC introduction and scale-up plans. • Oversaw the implementation of a 3yr BMGF market dynamics project to improve access to cervical precancer treatment in LMICs. - Assessed and recommended market-based solutions to increase access to and use of cervical precancer treatment devices in LMICs, working closely with manufacturers, donors, and country stakeholders. - Analyzed financing strategies, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements at the country and global level to drive strategic decision-making for market-shaping interventions. - Guided the development of a scenario-based device deployment model for country decision makers; tool was disseminated to over ten countries and informed national strategic plans to address cervical cancer. • Spearheaded market dynamics activities on additional projects, including: - Led PATH’s innovation ecosystem efforts in South Africa, partnering directly with the South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) to improve access to health technologies and services in the region. • Directed CHAI-Lesotho’s expansion of work into tuberculosis (TB) diagnostics and medicines by developing situational analyses for existing CHAI programs, resulting in securing $150,000 annually from BMGF and the UK Department for International Development for three years to provide technical assistance on TB to the MOH.• Conducted forecasting and quantification for over 10 pharmaceuticals and health products for a Global Fund (GF) HIV-related grant, equaling over $35M USD in health commodities over the 3 year grant period. • Led contract negotiations between the MOH and private sector diagnostic manufacturers to maximize financial resources, resulting in reduced pricing and improved supply of laboratory commodities to avert gaps in HIV and TB diagnostic testing.• Provided technical assistance for quantification and forecasting, procurement and supply chain management (SCM) of medicines, laboratory commodities, and vaccines in coordination with the MOH and other partners. • Created scenario optimization model for Lesotho’s GeneXpert roll-out which aided in securing GF funding to procure consumables for the national TB program. • Worked with the MOH in drafting national program strategies and policies, including the National Point of Care Policy, the Tuberculosis National Strategic Plan, and the National SCM Strategic Plan to improve consistent access to medicines and diagnostics. • Managed the CHAI-Lesotho Access to Medicines and Diagnostics program, including overseeing an annual budget of $260,000 that included funding from three donors and direct supervision of two program analysts.

• Assisted the Ethiopian Health and Nutrition Research Institute (EHNRI) to operationalize the National Master Plan for laboratory service capacity building, including the development of national guidelines, strategies, and evaluation plans. • Managed the country-wide SMS printer project by collaborating and communicating with six regional laboratories and 25 health facilities that provided Early Infant Diagnostic (EID) services. Developed the strategic plan, evaluated the technology, and made recommendations to EHNRI of how to strengthen and expand EID program.
