Service Technician
Current1. Receives, analyzes/tests/repairs/escalates customerissues/complaints. Logs customer reports (troubletickets), answers/resolves situations and escalates toappropriate personnel as required.2. Investigates, resolves and/or dispatches problemsrelevant to wireline, wireless, internet access, otheremerging Internet technologies and MAX services.3. Performs customer and technical resource follow-up onall unresolved troubles.4. Acquires updates of all customer affecting policies andprocedures. Researches Internet sources for newproducts and technology relevant to resolving customercomplaints/issues.5. Reviews and provides trouble statistics upon request bymanagement.6. Allocates daily staffing/workload, including the utilizationof part time staff. Analyzes business requirements andcustomer demands to ensure adequate coverage.
