Cash flow management• Timely payment of invoices and legal and other commitments (e.g. rent, TDS, PF, utility bills)• Reimbursement of medical and personal expenses• Work in accordance with the India (mission) financial guidelines as provided by the Finance/HR Co• Statutory Returns.• Fundraising AccountingRecording/Book keeping• Data entry of expenditures into MSF BooX in accordance with MSF Chart of Accounts Codes• Ensure appropriate authorisation according to India (mission) authorisation table• Validate and verify receipts submitted for payment to ensure authenticity• Communicate and report any financial irregularitiesOther Administration tasks• Keep the Finance/Admin office organised as required• Recording of accounts in BooX system, filing accounting documents and the monthly accounts closure• Assist and maintain all rental/lease contracts to ensure timely renewal/cancellation as required• Maintain and monitor staff medical expenses reimbursement as per entitlement.
