Managed the source control system for Iridium BSS software used by 3rd party consultants to build the BSS system. Developed utility to verify that changes documented in the software release notes matched changes in the source control repository before sign-off for field release.Before utility was developed, it was taken 'on faith' that release notes accurately described contents of a software release. Utility correlated defect numbers and build number in release notes against changes in source control to verify that defects were accurate and complete and no undocumented changes were in the release.

Participated in design and customer application of Systems Management Template, a distributed, object oriented, rule based software library for building applications that interfaced with and controlled non-computer devices.Examples include gas pipeline monitoring, ATM based video distribution network management and control, public transportation network montoring, and satellite communications monitoring.
