Senior Data Analyst
Current Working with a team of bridging analyst to help the cause of bridging multiple data sources to create a single source of truth for downstream consumption. Actively involved in Enhanced and Custom Bridging projects in order to build a tailor-made solution adhering to client requirements. Perform data cleansing, processing and manipulation to transition transactional level data using Tableau Prep to generate business insights and drive key decisions. Manage multiple clients across diverse products and leveraged data(IQVIA, DRG, MMIT, SHA, SP data, Hub & Lash data, etc.) to provide business impactful insights for Payer and Provider segments. Perform business and technical assessment on upstream / downstream systems. Work on requirement gathering and handled defining and designing feasible solutions Handle end-end to business operations project deliverables and assisted higher management with project finance Regularly interact with internal/external stakeholders as a part of project management Brainstorm and enhanced the existing business processes as a part of process improvement initiatives. Effectively conduct trainings, mentor associates, develop domain specific knowledge assets during the course. Pursing master's in Data Science
