In this project we use quantitative magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy (H, 31P, 13C) to study the pathophysiology of FSHD, by studying the natural progression, effects of muscular activity and creatine supplementation in patients. We also investigate how MRI/MRS can be used as an objective biomarker in muscular dystrophies.
