In my role, I collaborated with key leaders in operations (our customer service, billing and enrollment, and claims teams) to determine business learning needs and prioritized work with my team to ensure those business needs were met. As a people leader, I was responsible for coaching and feedback to ensure team members had the information and tools to succeed in their roles.While at BlueCross, my team delivered on numerous projects to help our business partners improve performance.
