Learning And Development Consultant
In this role, I collaborated with business partners to determine learning needs, designed and developed training using Articulate Rise and Camtasia, and managed vendor relationships, including finalizing a partnership with Quantum Workplace. While there, the organization acquired another company, and I helped implement the learning and development strategy. As part of the acquisition, 200+ employees were onboarded with company systems, process and procedures. I ensured the training plan was in place for this acquisition and helped create necessary training documents and courses. * This was a contract position for an engineering company in their Human Resources department working as their Learning and Development Manager while the current manager was out on leave.
Manager - Learning Design & Experience
Led a team of 6 learning professionals who created skills-based training programs and courses for the organization as part of the Human Resources Department. In my role, I established a strategy and led a restructure of the team to maximize efficiency. A key outcome for my team while at Blattner included the design and development of a best-in-class field onboarding program.
