-Led due diligence reviews for multi-million-dollar private equity carve-out transactions, resulting in millions in fees for the bank by partnering with over 20 Global Senior Bankers, over 40 C-Suite Executives and 15 Global internal cross-functional teams including 40 analysts-Served as the Subject Matter Expert and streamlined the completion of 65 Global Acquisition Finance remediation files by conducting desk research and identifying client needs, obtaining updated regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining trackers and reports while processing their info in the firm's CRM-Conducted bi-weekly KPI Meetings with Senior Management to ensure the remediation project was on track-Solved Operational issues by alleviating bottlenecks and suggested long-term strategic alternatives in the due diligence process which allowed one of the firm's biggest clients to open bank accounts in 7 countries-Served as the Special Point of Contact for the Acquisition Finance, Structured Export, Finance, Securitization and Syndications team and assisted with case progressions, facilitate deal closings and provided ad hoc support to the deal teams-Communicated all updates related to KYC and AML regulations and processes to the Acquisition Finance, Structured Export Finance, Syndications and Securitizations teams

-Partnered with the Acquisition Finance deal team to meet our yearly KPI of completing 50 remediation files-Completed and managed the off-boarding process for approx 30 client accounts that were no longer active which included liaising with the Business, Data Quality team and Off-boarding team to ensure accounts were properly closed in the firm's internal systems-Conducted bi-weekly KPI meetings with Senior Management including the Head of Lending and Head of Acquisition Finance to ensure the remediation project was on track-Managed the On-boarding process for new accounts and worked with the deal teams to onboard clients in an efficient and timely manner-Ensured data quality was up to date by rectifying ownership structures and stale data in the firm's CRM system-Served as the liaison between the Deal team, Compliance department and the Customer Domain Unit to obtain waivers to allow for deal closing in time sensitive and expedited time frames.
