For the past 10 years, my passion has been helping competitors break free from their patterns of struggle and create winning solutions. I combine my championship experience as an athlete at LSU with my clinical training as a psychologist to help identify blocks that create performance frustrations and build solutions that drive results for: athletic departments, professional athletes, amateur athletes, parents, and businesses. I’ve been honored to be able to become a trusted resource for amateur, collegiate, and professional golfers on the PGA, Web.com, and LPGA Tours. I’ve been fortunate enough to work as a Sports and Performance Psychologist for the athletic departments at University of Alabama, Florida State University, and Samford University among others. But my work is not limited to just athletes. I have a special passion for breaking free from the rhetoric businesses find themselves in and working 1 on 1 with executives to dive straight into the details of getting results.Before creating my own business, The MindSide, in Birmingham, Alabama, I worked in the corporate sector for 7 years at Bristol-Meyers Squibb as a Sr. Medical Science Liaison. During this time, I conducted research, developed medical strategy initiatives, and enhanced thought leader development and collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry. Being able to combine my years in the corporate world, days as a college athlete, and time spent researching during my PhD, gives me a unique perspective on the underlying success strategies of the world's best.
