The Crimson Tide D.R.I.V.E. for success program encourages Dedication, Responsibility, Influence, Vision, and Excellence. Main responsibilities: + Create programming and support that actively encourages student-athletes from all sports in their professional and leadership growth, including individualized support and mentoring. + Collaborate with campus Career Center and college advisors to promote campus resources and support D.R.I.V.E. program initiatives. + Develop and facilitate educational workshops and programs focused on enhancing interviewing skills, resume development, job search strategies, effective career planning, and other career based skills. + Build network of professionals (including alumni and former UA letter winners) to establish a functional database as a resource for job opportunities. + Cultivate relationship building between student-athletes and career professionals (including alumni and former UA letter winners). + Develop leadership curriculum and implement with upperclassmen encouraging individual growth and application. + Actively involved in the recruiting process of prospective student-athletes for all sports.
