Lead Developer on our Dynamics CRM project. Working with CRM solutions, workflows, plug-ins, a ribbon editor and writing some java script. Been doing a lot of coding against the SDK so our in-house app can work with CRM. Hoping to start using the Web API going forward. Knowledgeable in agile development practices and methodologies. Attended "Scrum Master" training then led a 4 person Scrum team. Worked on a team that wrote a database package to archive and delete data from tables based on specified criteria. Wrote and maintained build scripts to support automated and nightly builds for Windows and UNIX builds. Led an effort to move source control from Source Safe to Subversion. Participated in functional and technical reviews for new features and enhancements. Worked with the Development Manager to evaluate outstanding tasks and determine how to best use limited resources to complete those tasks. When new developers were hired I would train them in our development environment and in company policies and processes. Worked on documentation for how to install and setup the development environment, how to build the client and server for release to QA and what the process is for using Tags and Branches in Subversion to name a few. Initiated and led an effort to rewrite an MFC application in C# and Windows Forms. After a basic prototype was written management didn't see enough return on the effort so it was dropped.
