A sincere and wholehearted development professional with extensive experience in project, financial and partnership management; donor and stakeholder liaison; designing, delivery, coordination and implementation of capacity building, youth-centric as well as various humanitarian, need and rights-based projects. Currently mobilizing and building capacities of grassroot youths largely young women; youth and women led CSOs, fostering their leadership to take advantage of economic opportunities for decent work, to promote social cohesion; gender, climate and social justice, green transitions, youth leadership, quality and accountable public services at all levels through youth-led evidence-based advocacies and campaign. Also led and implemented a project with an aim to connect more than 260,000 remote, climate-affected, marginalized and left behind communities with duty bearers through design and deliveries of various trainings, knowledge sharing and visual awareness sessions, and interactive theatres on governance structures, pertinent laws and rights, gender and climate justice, social inclusion, women and child rights, youth and community leadership, basic life skills, social ills like GBV, child marriage, and legal aids. In addition, understanding of various loops of communication and professional experiences of over 16 years have equipped the skills to handle a wide range of activities pertinent to project implementation; coordination and execution of financial and administrative tasks by own or as a part of a team, competently and effectively.
