• Prepare Project execution planning in line with COD target & Identify and escalate the project risk at next level.• Implement the Toll, HTMS, WIM & OFC project as per CA requirements and get clearance from client for COD by conducting FAT, SAT, PGT test.• Implement RFID based ETC dedicated lanes for FAST TAG CCH system in the projects.• Coordinate with EPC for ensuring all pre requisite required for Toll, HTMS, Radio and optics system are getting fulfilled on time prior to COD.• Responsible for the smooth operation of the Toll, HTMS, OFC & Radio Equipments and to ensure their functioning optimally on a round the clock manner, set high standards, High levels of service and adheres to the defined processes.• Deliver the system to Operation team prior to COD and train them to utilize the all available functionality.• To ensure that all routine and scheduled maintenance activities are carried out on all systems and sub systems of Tolling as per the equipment manuals supplied by the equipment suppliers.• Responsible for the procurement of all Electricals, IT & other equipment’s to ensure all adequate inventory of spare and consumables for each system and sub system through Service Maintenance Software (SMS) portal.• Finalizing Toll/HTMS system AMCs and provide the solution for repetitive equipment faults and coordinate with overseas vendors for technical solution.Also preparing Purchase orders and work orders and also ensuring Vendor management on SAP (EIP) portal.• Preparing & maintaining Budget required for maintenance of the Toll, WIM, RCS & HTMS systems.

• Erection & Commissioning of the Gas Generation Plant projects (Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen Plants). • Responsible for Design & Detail engineering of projects related to Gas Generation Plants (Hydrogen, Oxygen & Nitrogen) and Chlorination Plants.• Interaction with clients and vendors for project related meetings like Kickoff meetings, vendor meeting during procurement process etc.• Involved for the approval of documents related to Electrical and Instrumentation which involves Rectifier, MCC selection and cable selection & scheduling, PLC selection and implementation, PLC I/O List, PLC logic diagram etc. of Gas Plants (Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen Plants) and Chlorination Plant.• Strong Knowledge of PLC system configurations, Logic diagrams (Ladder & FBD) & PLC hardware.• Responsible for procurement of various instruments (Transmitters, Analyzers, Gauges, switches and control valves) and Actuators & Manual valves (Ball valve, Globe valve, Gate Valve etc.) involved in the projects.• Also responsible for Field Assurance Test procedures (Rectifiers, PLC, UPS & MCC panel FAT procedures) & Performance Guarantee Test procedures (PGT) for various gas plants projects.
