Joined Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited to handle a reputed commercial project Trillium Avenue, Gurgaon, and successfully delivered the project in record 16 month time in all respect.Handled all the aspects of the project like planning, design deliverables, vendor management, tendering, construction, quality control, budgeting, claims , coordination with architects and consultants and thereby successfully handed over the project to facility management team.After this handled the construction of another commercial projects Intellion Edge and Intellion Park.After this handled a residential project Eureka Park spanning in 20 Acres and managed design management, planning, budgeting, technical aspect of tendering process, preparing of annual business plan for the project, coordination with consultants and contractors, and handled overall technical aspects of the project.

Joined JLL as Project Manager and, played a key role in grabbing the prestigious project of IIM Ahmedabad. This was considered as greatest achievement of entire Asia pacific for JLL for the year. Handled this project as project Lead and successfully resolved long pending concerns and streamlined the project to completion which later resulted in successful completion of this time bound short term project.
