I was spearheading F&A, commercial & management accounts function of Indian operations along with managing resources, systems, internal controls, capex decisions, competency development, general management, statutory & economic developments. As a steering committee member of manufacturing excellence, I strategized varied enhancements viz. sales, PBDIT (profit before depreciation, interest & taxes), PAT (profit after tax), capacities and ROCE (return on capital employed) from 2006-2014. Additionally, I also augmented per year contribution by emphasizing on line-wise profitability instead of plant profitability.I executed six sigma projects, obtained lowest attrition rate across company and developed competency in F&A. Due to my ongoing growth pattern, I was handed over the responsibility of additional location within 12 months which finally led to heading the India operations. Thereafter, I was handpicked to undergo framework training of EFQM (European Federation of Quality Management) and was selected as an assessor. Winning multiple awards, I achieved and sustained 5.2 sigma level in a quality project in accounting thus bringing about cultural change altogether. Furthermore, I brought about many positives variations viz. improvement of communication with various departments, implementation of EVA (economic value added) and integration of multi-location financial and management accounting at single location. These initiatives ensured enhancement of internal customer satisfaction and augmentation of efficiency and effectiveness of people, department and company. With a track record of steady growth pattern by my side, I evolved growth prospects and leveraged my expertise in implementing change processes. Obtaining diverse experience in on-time quality deliverables, business strategy, controls and independent operations, I handled professional challenges competently.
