Collaborate with the Integration Services Team, Technical Services, and the Curriculum Department to develop a cohesive vision of 21st Century learning.Develop, manage, and implement, learning strategies and professional development for district staff via multiple platforms (in-person, virtual, hybrid).Assist in the development and implementation of short and long-range District technology planning. Provide support for the integration of instructional software, web-based tools, online subscription resources and equipment into the district curriculum and instructional settings. Work with PD Specialist to create online modules to address P21 and technology skills proficiency acquisition.Essential Job Functions:Lead PLC with Technology Applications course teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and common assessments.Collaborate with teachers and instructional coaches to develop learning environments and introduce instructional techniques that support P21 skills for teachers and students.Deliver campus based professional development in conjunction with District PD Specialist.Model the use of technology equipment, software and 21st Century tools to demonstrate best practices.Collaborate with principal and school leadership team to facilitate and document school participation in technology compliance programs and District activities that support the technology integration into the curriculum.Collaborate with Director of Instructional Technology, Curriculum Department Coordinators, and Technology Staff in the evaluation and selection of online resources, equipment and software that address curricular needs, meet learning goals and are compatible with the technology infrastructure.Participate with multiple campuses CAAC in the development and implementation of the school's technology goals aligned with the District technology plan.

As a 3rd grade teacher I provide instruction to a class, individual students, or groups of students using such methods as oral presentation, demonstration, discussion of homework assignments, answering questions, offering laboratory directions, and games. Plan lessons, including activities such as preparing learning objectives and goals, designing tests or exams, studying material, setting up labs, and preparing exams. Facilitate learning in the classroom and evaluate student performance. Maintained records and document student progress. Kept in contact with parents in regard to student performance through activities such as parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, letters, and special meetings. Served as Digital Literacy Lead and Technology Vertical Team Lead during 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years.
