In 2017 I began a small project on sustainability in my local town. Fast forward to today and running a successful small charity across the south coast focusing on ocean health. Final Straw Foundation (1191500) works with local communities and businesses to highlight and tackle the impact of pollution on our marine environment, with a particular focus on plastic pollution. We are always looking for new businesses to work with to help them on their sustainability journey and help our waters and coastlines clear from pollution. Ocean health is at the forefront of our decision making at final straw foundation.Sustainability isn’t an afterthought. It’s a must for any business and we must put the planet first. It’s a way of life and not a second thought. We must encourage positive environmental behaviours to be at the heart of all businesses and decision making. Proud to be supported by the National Lottery Community Fund, Peoples Postcode Lottery, 11th hour racing and Fatface Foundation amongst others to fund the core of our key areas of activities.
