I have been responsible for overseeing various areas of the organization. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple teams to achieve departmental and company goals.- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.Operational Strategy- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency throughout areas of the organization.- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to optimize resource utilization.- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Resource Management- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to meet production and service targets.- Monitor and manage productivity levels to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service availability.Vendor Relations- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality of service and negotiate favorable terms.- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.Reporting and Analysis- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.- Assist with lending compliance and SOC controls
