Information Technology Support Analyst
Current- Identify customer needs, while maintaining expert knowledge of IT products, updates, upgrades, and limitations
- Oversee the IT Corner and service desk team, ensuring they deliver professional, relevant advice in a welcoming manner, while monitoring communications and providing training to enhance customer interactions
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, screen, and interview applicants, building a strong team and monitoring performance
- Generate and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; oversee response systems
- Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient staffing and prevent overwork, while enhancing the IT Corner
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and IS Application Teams to meet performance and availability targets
